Job Summary

The Restaurant & Bar Manager will oversee restaurant and bar operations at Cinnamon Citadel Kandy, ensuring high service standards, maintaining budgets, training staff, and handling guest relations effectively.

Responsibilities

• This role involves working with the Assistant F&B manager to establish and maintain effective internal controls within the department.
• Reviewing reservations and upcoming events to plan appropriate staffing levels and schedule work rosters.
• Building and maintaining good customer relations to safeguard the hotel’s reputation.
• Demonstrating a strong knowledge of Food and Beverage trends within the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

• Work-related experience in a similar role in a five-star resort.
