Job Summary

The Residence Manager oversees rental operations and ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the residential property. The role requires strong coordination, clear communication, and operational discipline to maintain tenant satisfaction. The manager also handles maintenance arrangements, manages budgets, and supports residents while ensuring property efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rental management operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the daily functioning of the residence.

• Resolve resident queries, organize property maintenance, and foster a well-maintained and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Well-organized and able to plan, prioritize, and manage building operations effectively.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance and the ability to ensure timely solutions to issues.
