Job Summary

The Reservations Executive will handle global guest inquiries, manage bookings, and maintain accurate records across Aman’s resort portfolio while ensuring seamless service and sales excellence.

Responsibilities

• Close sales effectively while up-selling and cross-selling to meet sales and reservation targets.

• Support team members in achieving goals and maintaining service quality.

• Address reservation inquiries promptly and according to Aman standards.

• Maintain data accuracy and ensure systems align with SOPs.

• Collaborate to enhance reservation processes and efficiency.

• Maintain deep product knowledge of Aman’s offerings and updates.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on conversion, occupancy, and availability.

• Generate ad hoc production, occupancy, and revenue reports as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.

• Proficiency in Opera, Salesforce, or similar systems.

• Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and spoken).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
