Job Summary

The Reservations Agent at Amagi Aria, Negombo, will manage hotel bookings, guest communications, and room allocations while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle room reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems.
• Awareness of OTA.
• Manage and update the PMS and OTA extranets daily.
• Ensure accuracy in guest information, room assignments, and booking details.
• Upsell rooms and packages to maximize revenue.
• Maintain excellent communication with the Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping departments.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and follow internal SOPs.
• Provide friendly, professional service that reflects the hotel’s values.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Reservation Agent or in a hotel front office role.
• Proficient in hotel reservation systems (e.g., Tauras, Scienta, Opera, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette.
• Customer-oriented, positive, and proactive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
