Job Summary

The Real Estate Assistant role supports daily operations by coordinating property visits, managing listings, and assisting clients. This position requires strong communication, the ability to work independently, and the motivation to support the full real estate process professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property viewings, client meetings, and follow-ups
• Handle inquiries and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords
• Manage property listings: collect details, upload advertisements, and update information
• Support negotiations and the end-to-end transaction process

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in sales or target-driven roles is an advantage
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
• Basic ICT skills—internet, email, social media (WordPress experience is a plus)
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
• Male candidates only, ages 18–40
• Good spoken and written English
• Motorbike licence preferred for site visits
