Job Summary

As a Power BI Developer, you will transform complex data into clear insights, design scalable dashboards, and collaborate with teams to support business intelligence goals. Your work will enhance reporting capabilities and strengthen data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards & reports
• Build data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data visualization requirements
• Optimize dashboard performance and publish to Power BI Service
• Integrate data from various sources (SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, etc.)
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security compliance
• Create documentation, user training guides, and report usage support
• Work with engineering to support automation, data pipelines & ETL

Qualifications

Technical
• 3+ years hands-on Power BI development
• Strong experience with Power Query, DAX, Data Modeling
• Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar)
• Familiarity with Power Apps / Power Automate is an advantage
• Experience working with SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, Azure data sources
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills
• Azure Data Factory / ETL experience
• Python or R exposure for data transformation
• Knowledge of BI governance & security best practices

Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Strong business understanding & analytical thinking
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with global teams
