Hype Invention operates as a digital marketing agency under the Hype Insight group, serving global clients from regions including Europe and North America. The agency focuses on delivering data-driven and results-oriented marketing strategies.

Hype Invention seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist for its Colombo office. You will develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize live media, and collaborate with teams to drive traffic and conversions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Bid and place campaigns within various digital platforms (Ex: Google, Facebook, Linkedin) and manage the ongoing real-time optimization of live media to ensure client goals are met and/or exceeded.

• Ensure campaigns are pacing according to overall strategy and expectations by monitoring performance and making changes when necessary.

• Manage campaign budget across various platforms daily, weekly, and quarterly.

• Collaborate with Specialists and Project Managers on upcoming campaigns to determine the best platforms, target audience, and creative strategies to implement.

• Support clients with account configuration and tracking with tools such as GTM.

• Communicate with clients and make recommendations by identifying key insights from campaign reports to optimize performance.

• Assist with client-facing calls and campaign reporting: performance reports, campaign analytics, ad-hoc analysis and conversion optimization.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from leads.

• Ability to lead and manage high performance teams and support colleagues with necessary training. Help in training and development of new Performance Marketers joining the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in paid advertising.

• Experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Mandatory experience across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin Ads, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Amazon, Spotify, DV360, TradeDesk would be an added advantage.

• Experience with other paid advertising platforms is a plus.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
