Job Summary
Safe Move Express is seeking Part-Time Contact Centre Agents to support its growing customer service operations. The ideal candidates should be friendly, quick learners with excellent communication and multitasking skills. This is a temporary role—ideal for individuals seeking short-term employment or additional income.
Working Hours
🕒 Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
🕐 Saturday: Until 1:00 PM
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about delivery statuses, services, and pricing.
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for timely updates.
• Record customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
• Maintain service quality and meet communication standards.
Candidate Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, or courier operations preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be available during designated hours.
