Job Summary

The Operational Specialist monitors live sports and esports data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates while supporting analytics operations in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify live sports & esports data accuracy
• Support real-time updates during ongoing events
• Perform basic data entry and calculations
• Ensure all information is updated promptly and correctly

Qualifications

• College graduate or undergraduate in any field
• Good command of English
• Computer literate with fast and accurate typing skills
• Familiar with sports/esports titles (LoL, Dota2, CS2, Valorant, etc.)
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
