Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled .NET Developer who contributes to development, maintenance, and enhancement of software solutions within a dynamic banking environment. The position involves agile collaboration, code quality assurance, and participation in key technical processes to support smooth project delivery and system performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance and evolution features, fix defects, and ensure code quality through reviews.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and other agile ceremonies, providing regular progress updates and escalating risks when necessary.
• Collaborate with BA, Test teams, production support, and onshore/offshore teams during development, including production support and non-production environment maintenance for testing.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in .NET/C# development.
• Experience with UI optimization and UI unit test automation.
• Proficiency with profiling tools for memory and CPU optimization.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Communication and problem-solving skills.
