Job Summary

The Multimedia Designer and Content Creator produces high-impact graphics, videos, and digital content, leveraging AI-powered tools, traditional design software, and storytelling expertise to engage global audiences effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and Branding – Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and marketing materials for social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns.

• Video and Motion Graphics – Produce and edit product explainer videos, customer testimonials, and motion graphics.

• AI-Enhanced Content Creation – Leverage AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and more) to generate innovative and engaging marketing content.

• Social and Digital Content – Develop short-form content for LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Sales and Product Enablement – Design infographics, presentations, and demo materials to simplify complex Salesforce concepts.

• Innovation and Trends – Stay ahead of B2B SaaS, AI-powered design, and Salesforce ecosystem trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.

• Adept in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.

• Experience with AI-powered creative tools to enhance content production.

• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, SaaS products, and Salesforce ecosystem (Bonus Points).

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
