Job Summary

This role involves creating compelling animations and digital learning content for a global organization. The Motion Graphics Designer will use creative expertise to produce high-quality visuals, work independently and collaboratively, and contribute to the development of engaging eLearning materials. The position requires strong animation skills and the ability to convert technical concepts into appealing digital formats.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop innovative digital learning materials.
• Work independently while contributing effectively within a team.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1 year of experience with development tools, including rapid authoring tools and animation packages such as Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Audition).
• Experience in storyboarding/scriptwriting, AI-based animation, and interactive videos is an advantage.
• Ability to transform technical information into engaging digital content.
• Familiarity with standard Microsoft controls and conventions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) and ability to collaborate with local and international teams.
• Quick learner with a flexible and enthusiastic approach.
• Experience working for a global organization with a remote head office is useful but not essential.
