Job Summary

The Marketing & Student Promotion Executive supports growth by identifying market opportunities, executing promotional strategies, and building relationships with educational institutions. The role involves coordinating brand activities and contributing to digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify Market opportunities to increase revenue.
• Execute comprehensive brand and promotional strategies to achieve the desired brand positioning and sales targets.
• Develop positive and effective relationships with Study centers, Universities, Educational and Higher educational institutions.
• Conduct marketing activations, exhibitions and other relevant brand building activities to enhance brand values of CMA Sri Lanka and its associated brands.
• Effectively contributes to the development of digital market strategies and executions.
• Develop reports on leads/ registrations and assist initiating actions to achieve key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or part-qualified in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Brand Building, or Promotions within a recognised organisation.
• Experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
• Resilient individual with strong interpersonal communication and public relations skills.
• Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be a definite advantage).
• Self-motivated, willing to embrace challenges, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving set targets.
