Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead digital campaigns, social media strategy, and non-digital initiatives while collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality brand presence and market engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Digital campaigns – You will plan and run digital marketing campaigns that promote our services and reach our target market. From organic to PPC, you will ensure our brands stand out online.

  • Social media management – You will manage our social media channels by strategizing, planning and executing content, engaging with our audience, and growing our online community by executing eye-catching assets.

  • Digital monitoring and listening – You will be the eyes and ears for our brand and ensure our digital presence is up to date and maintained properly to ensure.

  • Cross team collaboration – You will be working with the VXL team to brainstorm ideas, coordinate executions and ensure high-quality output and designers and developers who will help execute the brand vision.

  • Non-digital executions – We also have events, fairs, open days and a horde of executions that transcend digital, you will play an active role in these to drive results.

Qualifications

  • A creative mind – VXL Education is an innovator and an industry pioneer – we want our brand assets and marketing to reflect this at all times.

  • Ability to hit the ground running – A background and past-experience in marketing or communications with a strong knowledge about the market, industry trends and new digital platforms.

  • Technical prowess – You will be driving the strategies and formulating data-driven marketing. To do this, you need strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics and others.

  • A thirst for pixel perfect executions – You will ensure that the output is upto the quality expectations and standards of VXL Education.

  • Top communication skills – You will be communicating with the VXL audience, the internal team as well as the creative executives. Efficient and organized communication skills and the ability to manage workflows is a must.

  • Study abroad and/or education industry experience.

  • Expertise in Trello.
