Job Summary

The Manager / Senior Manager (Audit and Assurance) oversees audit engagements, maintains professional standards, and supports decision-making. The role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to guide teams while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and manage Audit and Risk Assurance engagements in line with relevant accounting and auditing standards, as well as group audit instructions.
• Assist in risk and quality-related activities, business development, and other administrative responsibilities within the assurance division.
• Engage in coaching, training, and staff development activities.

Qualifications

• Associate Member of CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA.
• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a professional services organization with external audit experience.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including overseas clients and audit teams.
• Strong team leadership skills and experience in supervising and developing junior staff.
