Job Summary

The Lead Generation Specialist will drive qualified lead acquisition through digital platforms, CRM tools, and paid media. The role focuses on building and nurturing the sales pipeline through strategic campaigns and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads using digital platforms and CRM tools
• Plan and execute cold outreach and paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta) to generate qualified leads
• Nurture leads through marketing automation, content, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless lead handover and tracking
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize targeting, and improve conversion rates
• Stay ahead of market trends, emerging tools, and digital marketing innovations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or paid media marketing (B2B / SaaS preferred)
• Proven experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• A passion for creating impact through data-driven marketing
