Job Summary

The Key Accounts Executive will manage strategic customer relationships, drive business growth, and ensure smooth sales and financial operations while expanding JAT’s industrial sales footprint across the region.


Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers while nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Manage financial processes, including timely collection of payments and resolution of finance-related issues.
• Handle customer complaints and challenges promptly, fostering strong business relationships to enhance retention.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, including performance charts and analytical insights.
• Drive revenue growth by maximizing opportunities with existing clients and proactively identifying new business prospects within the industry.
• Organize and lead regular training sessions, product demonstrations, and promotional programs to engage customers and showcase offerings.


Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in account management or a similar sales role.
• A recognized qualification in marketing or sales will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness and ability to work in any part of the country.
