Job Summary

The Junior Digital Marketing Executive supports content creation, social media management, and campaign execution across multiple platforms. This role requires creativity, on-camera confidence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to digital strategies and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video scripts and content ideas tailored for Sri Lankan audiences.
• Be comfortable in front of the camera for reels, stories, and brand features.
• Take initiative with brainstorming sessions, trend-spotting, and campaign execution.
• Manage day-to-day social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Assist with content scheduling, caption writing, and basic analytics.
• Support the team with ad campaigns, influencer collabs, and digital strategy.

Qualifications

• A flair for storytelling and creativity.
• Confidence to present on camera (previous experience is a bonus, not a must).
• Strong understanding of social media trends.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
