Job Summary

The Junior Creative Director will develop visually compelling content, lead creative projects, and collaborate with marketing teams to elevate brand storytelling. This role demands originality, strong design sense, and a passion for sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Craft stunning visuals that breathe life into our brand — from social media graphics to product packaging.
• Shape captivating video stories using CapCut, Adobe Premiere turning our natural essence into motion.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align art with strategy.
• Keep our brand identity consistent, fresh, and beautifully cohesive.
• Brainstorm, experiment, and bring new ideas to life across digital and print.
• Balance multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines — with style.
• Stay curious, inspired, and ahead of design trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience & a portfolio that speaks louder than words.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Confidence in CapCut and a flair for social media content creation.
• A deep understanding of design principles, typography, color, and branding.
• Strong teamwork, great communication, and an openness to creative feedback.
• A passion for creativity, storytelling, and continuous growth.
