Job Summary
The IT Audit & Alignment Specialist plays a key role in evaluating client environments, conducting audits, and aligning systems with industry best practices. The role supports improved operational standards by analyzing technical gaps, engaging directly with clients, and providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities (Exact Extract)
• Perform technical audits and onboarding assessments for clients.
• Schedule and complete technical alignment visits.
• Review support desk records to identify trends and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with clients to explain audit findings and recommendations.
• Maintain and optimize MyITProcess auditing application.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate teams.
Qualifications (Exact Extract)
• 4+ years in IT industry with technical solution delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, networking, firewalls, and cloud solutions (Office 365, Azure).
• Experience in technical audits and client alignment processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
