Job Summary
As an International Marketing & Communication Manager, you will oversee regional marketing initiatives, manage global communication strategies and build strategic partnerships. You will drive campaigns, lead cross-border engagement and strengthen the organization’s international presence.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute international marketing, roadshows, forums, and exhibitions across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with real estate advisory firms, industry associations, and investment councils
• Manage relationships with developers, investors, financial institutions, and media partners.
• Coordinate and host inbound investor delegations and site visits to Port City Colombo.
• Oversee international media relations and co-branded content with top-tier media outlets.
• Create and localize English marketing materials, press releases, and digital promotional content.
• Ensure brand consistency and manage international social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and thematic events promoting Port City Colombo as a global investment hub.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze ROI, and provide regular market intelligence reports.
• Liaise with Sri Lankan embassies, BOI/EDB, and regional chambers to strengthen promotional activities.
• Support high-level participation in international conferences and trade missions.
• Organize MoU signings, media events, and joint announcements with international partners.
Qualifications
• 3–4 years of experience at Manager or Assistant Manager level
• Minimum 6–8 years of overall marketing experience within the service industry
• Experience in international marketing, communications, or investment promotion (real estate/Architecture/Engineering & Construction preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong skills in cross-cultural communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Arabic, or Tamil is an advantage.
• Proven ability in strategic planning, campaign execution, and results-driven marketing.
• High level of creativity, adaptability, and professional integrity.
• Willingness to travel regionally based on project needs.
