Job Summary

This internship gives you hands-on experience in sales operations within a technology-driven environment. You support CRM management, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination while learning modern operational tools. The role encourages initiative, accuracy, and interest in technology-driven process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating meetings, managing CRM data, and preparing sales reports.
• Support the creation and enhancement of sales documentation, proposals, and presentations.
• Help monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to pipeline management and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations.
• Assist in organizing sales events, meetings, and travel logistics.
• Learn to leverage Generative AI tools for improving sales processes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus.
• Interest in Generative AI tools and their business applications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication abilities and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn.
