Job Summary

The Intern – People and Operations supports recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative processes. The role assists HR functions, maintains documentation, and contributes to workplace culture while gaining hands-on experience in people operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and maintaining timely communication with candidates and the talent acquisition team.
• Collaborate with the Employee Experience team to create welcoming onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement events and activities.
• Maintain records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide general administrative support to HRM related tasks.
• Adhere to the Rootcode’s information security policies and best practices, ensuring that all confidential data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• A passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
