Juvios operates within the IT managed services and consulting sector, collaborating closely with US-based clients. The company focuses on delivering technology solutions, cybersecurity, and strategic IT support from its Colombo operations.

Juvios seeks an Information Technology Manager for its Colombo office. You will manage IT operations, oversee Microsoft and cloud environments, lead cybersecurity initiatives, and act as a technical bridge to USA-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft Azure environments, including Entra ID (Azure AD), security policies, and access controls.

• Oversee Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

• Develop and enforce Azure policies to ensure compliance and governance.

• Implement and monitor firewall, network, and endpoint security solutions.

• Lead IT strategy, roadmap planning, and technology evaluations to support business objectives.

• Conduct IT risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Implement and oversee cybersecurity controls aligned with international standards (NIST, CIS, ISO, etc.).

• Support clients with incident response, troubleshooting, and escalations in real-time.

• Collaborate with USA-based teams to ensure alignment on IT operations, compliance, and service delivery.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the local IT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• 5+ years of IT management or senior IT administration experience.

• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, security, policies).

• Hands-on expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD), identity management, and MFA/SSO configurations.

• Hands-on expertise in Office 365 administration.

• Hands-on expertise in Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or equivalent).

• Hands-on expertise in Cybersecurity tools and practices.

• Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

• Experience in IT strategy and technology evaluation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Relevant certifications such as AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), SC-300 (Identity & Access Administrator), CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.

• Prior experience working with USA clients in a managed services or consulting environment.

• Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001 frameworks.
