Key Duties

As an Implementation Engineer, you will be part of our Delivery Team to ensure smooth deployment of Bileeta’s ERP solutions for clients. Your main responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand business processes and configure ERP modules accordingly.

• Performing requirement analysis and preparing software requirement documentation.

• Conducting gap analysis and recommending industry best practices for process improvement.

• Testing ERP functionalities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and seamless operation.

• Leading user training sessions, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and providing post-implementation support.

• Assisting with the creation of workflows, wireframes, and implementation documentation.

Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with:

• A bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (CIMA, CMA, ACCA, CA preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, or ERP system implementation.

• Familiarity with ERP platforms as a user, administrator, or implementer (local context experience is an advantage).

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• The ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements efficiently.
