Job Summary

The HR Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Department by analyzing HR data, identifying performance trends, and providing insights to improve employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze HR metrics such as recruitment, retention, training, and performance data.
• Prepare HR dashboards, monthly reports, and analytical insights for management.
• Support HR planning, policy review, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of HR data and systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and departmental teams to align HR strategy with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:
HR analytics, HR operations, or data reporting will be an added advantage.
