Hype Invention is a full-service digital transformation agency under Hype Insight, working with international brands and managing ventures in healthcare and AI. The company focuses on data-driven marketing, automation, and business growth strategies.

Hype Invention seeks a Growth & Analytics Intern for its Colombo team. You will track quotes and projects, manage data, analyze campaign performance, and support marketing operations under the guidance of the Head of Global Growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a live record of all quotes sent, pending and approved.

• Organise documentation and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.

• Record progress and outcomes for review.

• Keep growth and campaign data up to date.

• Record key information related to leads, campaigns and opportunities.

• Maintain clear, accurate and accessible records for the team.

• Monitor performance analytics to identify trends and success areas across agency and product work.

• Prepare weekly summaries of campaign results and key insights.

• Highlight patterns and make observations that support data-driven decisions.

• Maintain a record of campaign performance across key metrics.

• Coordinate uploads and updates for marketing content.

• Support ongoing marketing and growth initiatives across multiple brands.

• Be social media savvy and understand + be able to replicate what is trending.

• Compile weekly growth updates and summary reports.

• Support internal documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Analytics or Communications.

• Naturally analytical with an eye for detail and accuracy.

• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

• Able to work independently while following direction.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Have experience and use of AI and development skills.
