GOLDEN Agro Ventures seeks a Financial Accountant for its accounts division in Colombo. You will manage finance and banking activities, prepare management and final accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and banking activities.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Compile and finalize annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and internal stakeholders.

• Provide timely and accurate financial information to management.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting Full or part qualifications (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA or equivalent).

• Proven experience in accounting/finance roles.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory regulations.

• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel.

• Attention to detail, integrity, and strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
