Alli Company seeks a Field Sales Manager for its Colombo operations. You will manage daily sales activities, lead a team of representatives, build customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and coordinate with other departments in your assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day sales activities, including customer visits, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

• Managing a team of sales representatives and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations in the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.

• Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is a plus.
