Job Summary

The Field Officer supports customer engagement, product follow-ups, and delivery coordination across multiple regions. The role requires consistent communication with clients, handling concerns, and ensuring accurate documentation to maintain service efficiency and strengthen long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and gather feedback on company products.
• Handle and manage customer complaints effectively.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all deliveries.
• Support related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level in Bio Stream.
• Willingness to travel Islandwide.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
