Job Summary

The Executive Sales & Reservations role supports both reservation management and sales functions. The position focuses on handling guest inquiries, processing bookings, maintaining accurate records, driving sales targets, and strengthening client relationships in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to booking inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Process all reservations accurately through the Property Management System (PMS)
• Follow up on tentative bookings and pending inquiries to maximize conversions
• Maintain up-to-date records of all bookings, cancellations, and no-shows
• Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and nurture relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
• Represent Taru Villas at promotional events and travel exhibitions when required
• Upsell additional services such as dining experiences, excursions, and transfers to enhance guest stays

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Prior experience in reservations or sales within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage
