Job Summary

The Executive / Junior Executive supports client account operations and helps expand the global agent network. The role requires coordination with logistics partners, maintaining SOPs and databases, and ensuring efficient communication during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• managing day-to-day communications with global logistics agents
• coordinating with existing global logistics agents
• updating customer SOPs and ensuring timely issue resolution
• identifying and researching potential new logistics partners/agents in key markets
• supporting the vetting and onboarding process for new agents
• maintaining the central database of agent contacts and capabilities
• preparing quotations and maintaining rate sheets
• assisting in monitoring agent performance metrics
• contributing to weekly and monthly reporting

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office packages
• Highly organized with strong research, analytical, and attention-to-detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Effective interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
• Willingness to work in U.S. working hours
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field preferred
• Prior knowledge or experience in logistics and freight forwarding (Ocean & Air) is an advantage
