About the Role
Cinnamon Air, Sri Lanka’s premier domestic airline operated by Saffron Aviation Pvt Ltd, provides scheduled flights connecting Bandaranaike International Airport to the island’s top destinations. We are currently looking for a proactive and customer-focused Executive – Ground Handling & Passenger Services to join our growing team at Katunayake. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless passenger handling, efficient baggage processes, and delivering an outstanding travel experience.
Key Duties

Supervise and coordinate passenger and baggage handling from check-in to aircraft boarding and delivery.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle special assistance requests, and resolve complaints with professionalism.

Work closely with internal departments to enhance operational efficiency and passenger satisfaction.

Maintain clear communication across all ground handling activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements

Relevant academic or professional qualifications in airline passenger or ground handling services.

Previous experience in a similar airline or airport role is an advantage.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask effectively and proficiency with airline/airport software systems will be considered an added benefit.
