Job Summary

The Executive – International Marketing manages global customer accounts and coordinates operational activities to ensure accurate international order execution. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support new business development with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage key accounts of global customers, maintaining strong long-term business relationships.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution, timely delivery, and alignment with customer expectations.
• Follow up on production schedules, packing, and shipping activities to ensure all commitments are met.
• Prepare, track, and follow up on export documentation, certifications, and customer-specific compliance requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities in overseas markets and support sales forecasting and growth plans.
• Represent the company’s brand values and maintain excellent communication with customers across different regions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification in International Marketing or Business.
• Professional qualifications such as CIM or SLIM will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge in International Marketing, Export Operations, and Digital Communication.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in international marketing or export coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Sinhala and English.
• Proactive mindset with strong project coordination and time management abilities.
