Job Summary

This role supports merchant relationship development and account growth. The Executive – Account Management strengthens partnerships, drives retention, and supports campaigns designed to enhance merchant performance. The position requires effective collaboration, proactive communication, and attention to detail to support platform expansion.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with merchants and discuss business performance, existing product and marketing ideas, implement best practices, and support any strategic initiatives.
• Deliver a proactive customer growth strategy to drive merchant usage, satisfaction, and revenue growth across merchants.
• Identify merchant expansion opportunities including omni channel expansion.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for merchant retention and satisfaction.
• Develop strategies and initiatives for our partner merchants to increase sales.
• Maintain the CRM system and ensure it is regularly updated with accurate merchant information.
• Provide consultative support in strategic direction, campaign management, audience targeting, and delivering insightful analysis reports.
• Keep merchants updated with deliverables on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, depending on campaign requirements.
• Assist in resolving merchant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Involve in ongoing account management activities, including distributing physical marketing materials to merchants.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of previous experience in account management, sales, or client servicing preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
• Ability to establish and implement effective strategies to drive results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be detail oriented with exceptional organizational and negotiation skills.
