Job Summary

The Digital Content Creator will produce high-quality photos, videos, and digital content that reflect the hotel’s premium brand. The role involves social media management, campaign support, creative collaboration, and maintaining consistent visual storytelling for all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photo and video content showcasing the hotel, F&B outlets, spa, events, and guest experiences.
• Develop reels, stories, short-form videos, and lifestyle visuals optimized for social media engagement.
• Capture and edit content for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive, F&B team, and Sales team on content concepts and storytelling.
• Maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with the hotel’s premium boutique brand identity.
• Manage content shoots, schedules, and creative briefs.
• Edit images/videos using professional software (Adobe Suite, Lightroom, Premiere, etc.).
• Ensure timely delivery of content for marketing calendars and campaigns.
• Assist in creative direction for brand campaigns and influencer collaborations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in content creation, photography, videography, or visual media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work (hospitality experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Skilled in both photography and videography—including framing, lighting, and post-production.
• Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and a passion for digital storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• A good understanding of social media trends and what drives engagement.
