Job Summary
The Diesel Pump Service Supervisor will oversee daily workshop operations, guide the service team, and ensure all work meets expected quality standards. The role requires direct coordination with customers, problem-solving, and maintaining efficient workflow to support operational goals in a busy technical environment.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the diesel pump service team
• Manage and train staff

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and client interactions
• Knowledge of diesel pump systems and related technical expertise is a strong advantage
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Relevant diploma or certification in diesel mechanics or a related field is preferred
