Key Duties

• Research and analyze new memory technologies (e.g., MRAM, RRAM) to assess performance and limitations.

• Collaborate with architects and product teams to define memory specifications.

• Design, simulate, and optimize SRAM memory circuits to achieve power, area, and performance targets.

• Develop custom memory cells, sense amplifiers, drivers, and supporting circuits.

• Conduct pre- and post-layout simulations and verifications for stability and reliability.

• Work closely with process engineers and layout teams for seamless integration of memory cells.

• Analyze test data, identify issues, and propose improvements in design or processes.

• Stay updated with industry trends to contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Job in India

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in memory or semiconductor design.

• Strong skills in SRAM/memory circuit design, simulation, and verification.

• Familiarity with process integration and layout design rules.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
