Job Summary

This role leads data architecture and engineering functions while shaping enterprise data ecosystems. It requires deep expertise in cloud technologies, analytics, and machine learning frameworks. The position drives innovation and delivers solutions that support Banking and Financial Services clients.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 12+ years of total experience, with 10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or related technical roles

  • Strong understanding of Banking & Financial Services data assets and enterprise analytics

  • Proven experience consulting clients on data architecture and engineering solutions

  • Expertise in distributed and cloud data architecture, modern BI tools, and Generative AI / ML frameworks

  • Hands-on exposure to machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, and model evaluation

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams

  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation in production-grade systems

  • Knowledge of data governance, including metadata, master data, data quality, and security management

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an added advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 12+ years of total experience, with 10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or similar roles

  • Strong domain knowledge in Banking & Financial Services data

  • Expertise in cloud, data engineering, analytics, ML frameworks, and governance

  • DevOps and automation experience

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (added advantage)
