Quess Lanka seeks Customer Support Agents for its Colombo team. You will handle customer interactions, coordinate operations, analyze metrics, or manage e-commerce activities based on assigned function, working 9-hour shifts that may include nights.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via social media platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp (Live Chat Support).

  • Work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless operations (Import/Export Coordination).

  • Prepare reports, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement (Analytics & Reporting).

  • Manage order processing, shipment handling, and other related activities (E-Commerce Coordination).

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

  • Flexibility to work in 9-hour shifts, including night shifts (night shifts applicable to males only; shuttle service provided).

  • Ability to work onsite for the first 6 months.
