Job Summary

The Customer Support Agent role requires you to manage communication, coordinate essential functions, and support global operations with accuracy. You will handle customer inquiries, maintain workflow efficiency, and contribute to reporting, order processing, and operational improvements depending on your assigned function.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via social media platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare reports, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Manage order processing, shipment handling, and other related activities.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Flexibility to work in 9-hour shifts, including night shifts (night shifts applicable to males only; shuttle service provided).
• Ability to work onsite for the first 6 months.
