Job Summary

The Customer Experience Executive will handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and after-sales support while ensuring every interaction upholds Absolute’s values of empathy, quality, and sustainability.


Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social platforms.
• Coordinate exchanges, courier follow-ups, and special requests with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and resolutions.
• Track and report customer feedback to identify recurring pain points and propose improvements.
• Ensure consistent tone, accuracy, and response time across all communication channels.
• Contribute to refining customer experience systems and service SOPs.


Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, e-commerce, or retail service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
• A strong sense of ownership, empathy, and professionalism when handling customers.
• Solid problem-solving and follow-through skills – you get things done without reminders.
• Confidence using CRMs, Shopify, WhatsApp Business, or similar platforms.
• Reliable internet and availability during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM) with responsiveness to urgent issues.
