Job Summary

This role manages credit collection while strengthening client relationships within the HoReCa sector. The officer oversees payment follow-ups, maintains account accuracy, coordinates with sales and finance teams, and ensures timely collections through structured and professional communication.

Responsibilities

Credit Collection & Payment Management:
• Collect outstanding payments from HoReCa clients in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and payment transactions
• Prepare daily/weekly collection reports for management review

Customer Coordination & Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HoReCa clients regarding payment matters
• Work closely with the respective sales team to align collection activities
• Coordinate with clients to resolve payment issues/credit notes and address concerns

Administrative & Team Coordination:
• Update customer payment records in the system accurately and promptly
• Coordinate closely with the finance team and sales team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

Education:
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in credit collection, customer service, or sales coordination
• Prior experience in HoReCa sector is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Professional approach to handling difficult conversations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office, email)

Other Requirements:
• Valid motorcycle driving license (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel extensively to client locations
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
