Job Summary

The Corporate Inside Sales Executive drives revenue growth by managing corporate inquiries, generating sales leads, and supporting field sales operations. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of courier and logistics processes to support customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales calls, emails, and corporate account inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Support the field sales team by preparing quotations, rate cards, proposals, and presentations.
• Handle rate inquiries, service information requests, and shipment-related clarifications for corporate customers.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound follow-ups, calls, and email campaigns.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Assist in onboarding new customers, including documentation, account setup, and rate confirmations.
• Follow up on renewals, dormant accounts, and pipeline leads to maximize conversion.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to coordinate solutions for customer needs.
• Track corporate customer performance and share insights or exceptions with the sales team.
• Achieve monthly KPIs including revenue support targets, lead conversions, and engagement metrics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or corporate account support (preferably in courier, freight forwarding, or logistics).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of international courier operations, shipments, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Customer-focused, energetic, and proactive approach to sales engagement.
