Job Summary

The Content Manager oversees content creation, digital engagement, and cross-team coordination to support marketing and brand-building initiatives. The role manages community platforms, executes campaigns, and ensures consistent communication across digital channels while contributing to high-quality content output.

Responsibilities

• Team Coordination: Support the team lead and wider team in executing marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across campaigns, partners, and departments.
• Community Management: Manage and engage with our digital communities and professional audiences across Website, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Content Writing: Develop compelling written content for blogs, newsletters, and digital platforms that reflect BoardPACʼs brand voice and thought leadership.
• Social Media & Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute campaigns to drive engagement and lead nurturing across social and email channels.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output across all marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years in marketing, brand development, or the creative process. Exposure to the IT or SaaS industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience in marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Brevo, etc would be an added advantage.
• Creative Skills: Strong generalist profile across copywriting and design preferred. However, exceptional proficiency in copy will be considered.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork: A strong team player with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Resilient, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
