Exel BPO seeks a Contact Center Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Colombo. You will handle customer inquiries, manage contact center operations, and ensure high standards of service and satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries.

  • Provide support through various communication channels.

  • Resolve issues.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Manage contact center operations.

  • Monitor IVR systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Contact Center Operations, including workflow management and call handling processes.

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction strategies.

  • Knowledge of IVR systems and their functionality.

  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to professionally interact with a diverse range of customers.

  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is an advantage.
