Job Summary

The Compliance and Administration Analyst Intern supports UK mortgage advisers and compliance teams through documentation checks, administrative coordination, and communication handling. The role provides hands-on exposure to UK mortgage processes while requiring adaptability in a changing operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Mortgage File Checks: verify client documentation, ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

• Work With UK Mortgage Advisers & Paraplanners: support them with case submissions, follow-ups, and various administrative tasks

• Call & Email Management: handle queries from advisers, lenders, and internal team members, manage daily email correspondence

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

• HND/degree or an equivalent qualification in Banking and Finance.

• Experience within financial services would be highly advantageous.

• A passion for learning about the UK financial and mortgage industry.

• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail.

• Adaptable, positive attitude, and a strong willingness to grow.

• Comfortable working UK shifts (1:30 – 9:30 pm).
