Key Duties

As a Client Success Manager, you will:

• Partner with software engineering leaders, founders, and HR heads to understand hiring needs and plan recruitment strategies.

• Dive into technical job descriptions to identify skills, behavioral traits, and cultural fit requirements.

• Shortlist, screen, and engage with candidates, ensuring a smooth and empathetic experience.

• Guide clients through each step of the hiring process with insights and proactive support.

• Contribute to improving internal tools, workflows, and processes to enhance client and candidate success.

Chennai Job

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software development, recruitment, sales, customer success, or related fields.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.

• Self-starter mindset with a track record of working independently and meeting targets.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and strong analytical abilities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Psychology, Arts, or related disciplines with an excellent academic record.
