GenArc seeks a Call Center Specialist for a remote role. You will handle customer interactions across calls and social media, present solutions, and achieve service goals in a work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Respond to customer chat inquiries across our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).

  • Understand customer needs and confidently present suitable product or service solutions.

  • Build rapport with customers to increase satisfaction and conversion success.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently.

  • Meet daily and monthly performance and service goals.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage, not mandatory).

  • Strong ability to engage customers and communicate value clearly.

  • Confident in guiding conversations and supporting customer decision-making.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

  • Ability to work from home with good computer literacy.

  • Calm, professional, and able to perform under pressure.

  • Quick learner with strong adaptability.

  • Prior call center or sales experience is an advantage.

  • School leavers are welcome to apply.
