Job Summary

The Call Center Customer Service Representative supports the Operations Team by handling high-volume calls, coordinating with drivers and clients, and ensuring smooth job assignments. This role requires strong English skills, multitasking ability, and a commitment to consistent performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and assigning jobs to drivers
• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Coordinating effectively with clients, drivers, vendors and internal teams
• Ensuring smooth operational flow during each shift

Qualifications

✔️ Strong proficiency in verbal and written English communication
✔️ A strong team player with a positive & collaborative mindset and the willingness to take initiative
✔️ Self-driven, adaptable, and motivated
✔️ Sales / Marketing background (an added advantage, but not essential)
✔️ Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced setting
✔️ Applicants must have their own laptop/device and a sound-proof or quiet work environment suitable for handling calls
✔️ Full availability for roster-based shifts
